Vegetables And Meat

Try to imagine Christmas without the Christmas pudding. Or Easter without eggs. Or Thanksgiving without turkey… This would be an unusual picture for most people. And all these holidays would not be the holidays that we all know without the traditional meals we are so used to. Such a comparison may seem exaggerated, but this is the way our body feels without the proper nourishment given by vegetables, meat and fruit.
People must eat meat, vegetables and fruit because this is the way God created us. We are born omnivores. If later in life we choose not to be, this is another story. But a healthy diet is a balanced diet that includes meat, vegetables, fruit, fish, eggs, milk, and nuts.
There are many reasons why people should eat meat. Meat represents an important part of a person’s diet. It is essential to eat meat if we want our body and mind to function properly. If we take into consideration the food pyramid, at the bottom there is the bread, cereal, rice and pasta group, above it there are the fruit group and the vegetables group, above these two there are the milk, yogurt, cheese group and the meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs and nuts group. At the top of the pyramid there is the fats, oils and sweets group.
Meat may come in many forms and colors, but it is broadly classified as white meat (chicken, turkey) and red meat (cow, sheep, horse). Fish is considered neither meat nor a dairy food mainly for religious reasons. Christians have the restriction not to eat meat on Wednesdays, Fridays and Lent, and this restriction does not apply to fish, so it is allowed to eat fish on these days. Read the rest of this entry »
Top Ten Vegetables That Will Prevent Body Odor

Chlorophyll is a natural component found in plants that not only gives the green color to plants, but it also can be used as a natural deodorant to prevent body odor. Chlorophyll is better than other deodorant products because it is an “internal deodorizer”, meaning, that instead of it masking the odor like all deodorant brands do it will cleanse your body from the inside out by getting rid of the toxins that are causing the odor. Not only does chlorophyll relieve bad breath(halitosis), body odor, and perspiration odor it also has the ability to purify the blood, remove heavy metals from the body, and provide essential vitamins and minerals to your body.
There are a number of products that sell chlorophyll in liquid form, however, their prices are considerably high and the amount that is in most products will last you lest than a couple of days. That’s why it is for your benefit to take it the natural way by eating the top vegetables that have the most chlorophyll content. I have personally surveyed over 30 vegetables to see which vegetable has the most copper, magnesium, and other minerals and vitamins that make up the composition of its detoxifying element. From my research into the vegetables that have the most chlorophyll content these are the top 10 vegetables that will provide you with a better potency than all other liquid chlorophyll products
