Easy Tips to Stay Healthy With Simple Cardiovascular Exercises

We’ve already known about the importance of maintaining a healthy and fit body with regular cardiovascular exercises. But still many of us don’t get enough exercise in order to maintain our fitness level because of a busy schedule and lifestyle demands. Regular daily cardiovascular activity is a very effective way to help not just maintain but also improve our overall mental health and body fitness. Here are some ideas that you can follow to find a way to stay active each day:
Play more often: Did you notice an adult work out is similar to that of childs play? Search for cardiovascular activities that you really enjoy that you can comfortably implement more often. Go out and try to join dance classes. You can also join a sport that you are a fan of like softball or Frisbee. Go bicycling or rollerblading.
Walk at least 20 minutes each day: Walking is one of the best ways to get cardiovascular exercise that almost anyone can do. A recent study found that persons who walk with their dogs at least 20 minutes each day 5 times a week lost 14 pounds in 1 year and also improved their balance and flexibility. They also felt more energetic and positive. If you have dog, walk with it each day; if you dont have any, walk alone.
Add some little activities into your daily routines: Spare some time running, walk, bike and also ride public transit. If you drive, park your car in the far corner of the parking lot and walk to the door of your office. Read the rest of this entry »
10 Reasons to Exercise

The following list represents my top 10 reasons to exercise. There are many other reasons, however, I consider these to be the most important ones:
1. Creates a healthier body
2. Strengthens your heart
3. Promotes self-confidence
4. Improves posture
5. Reduces everyday stress
6. Strengthens your muscoskeletal system
7. Increases energy
8. Creates a more defined body
9. Improves functionality
10. Raises your metabolism
I have listed the reasons to exercise in order of importance. The first two reasons have longer term benefits and this is why I consider them to be the most important.
1. Creates a healthier body
It is said you are less likely to suffer from many diseases including arthritis, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, heart disease or stroke if you regularly exercise. The benefit to your long term health and vitality has to the most significant benefit of regular exercise, and something we can tend to forget on a day-to-day basis.
2. Promotes self-confidence
Your self-confidence can be significantly increased by regular exercise over the longer term (think decades over years). This increase in confidence comes from a sense of taking care of your physical health, and through a combination of all the shorter term benefits of exercise, as described in the following points.
