Bioactive Building Blocks

 

 

 

Priaton’s chemotechnological platform enables the access to a very large number of heterocyclic compound classes. Due to the fact that the scaffold itself is built up in MCR’s Priaton gets an enormous diversity around the scaffolds affording a preselection for bioactivity against certain target classes. A lot of all new patentable structures are resulting.

 

 

 

Priaton provides these heterocyclic building blocks, often amino- and carboxy functionalized as Bioactive Building Blocks in extreme diversity, for example:

    fused 3-aminoimidazoles, tetrazoles, 5-aminopyrazoles, 6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydro-pyrazine-2-carboxylic acids, oxazoles and aminoisoxazoles, imidazoles, thiazoles, butenolides, pyrrolidinones and pyridones

 

 

 

In principle Bioactive Building Blocks are the logistic turntable for Priaton’s business fields of MCR Library and Virtual Library.
