Priaton GmbH (Tutzing, Germany) signs agreement with Haupt Pharma AG (Berlin, Germany) for a strategic partnership. As part of the contract Haupt Pharma AG acts as lead investor in the closed financing round and is now associate partner of Priaton GmbH.

This partnership will lead to a close co-operation between the organizations particularly with regard to joint projects, sales activities and technology transfer.
The financing round will support the development of Priaton’s technologies. Basing on MCR-technology expanded to a chemotechnological platform Priaton accompanies and supports drug discovery in all fields of medicinal chemistry. Priaton provides compounds, services and technologies to make lead finding and optimization faster and much more effective. Combining these with a highly new chemoinformatic platform lead research can be revolutionized.
